Organizational Information
We collect team member information from you on a voluntary basis. This information includes personally-identifiable information, assessments, emails, work product, and financial information. This information is maintained in secure channels and is only available to MasterMinds Leadership team members to assist us in our services to you. We will only share this information outside of MasterMinds Leadership in service to you and with your expressed written consent.
As part of our service to you, we offer assessments and tools purchased from on your behalf outside vendors. The data and results of these assessments and tools are maintained in databases secured by the respective vendors. These organizations maintain data in their own secure channels. MasterMinds Leadership makes every effort to associate itself with vendors and service providers with the same commitment to data security that it has. MasterMinds Leadership will not be responsible for data breaches occurring within systems and architectures outside of its control.
Website Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
Any use of contact forms will result in your personal information being sent directly to MasterMinds Leadership only. Your name and other personal contact information will reside in our United States-based systems for our marketing purposes. We do not rent or sell our customer e-mail lists.

If you leave a comment on our website, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All data collected by MasterMinds Leadership will be stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities in the United States. All hosting is performed in accordance with the highest security regulations. All transfers of data internally is done in accordance with the data processing agreement.
