What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Any use of contact forms will result in your personal information being sent directly to MasterMinds Leadership only. Your name and other personal contact information will reside in our United States-based systems for our marketing purposes. We do not rent or sell our customer e-mail lists.

  1. Controller - MasterMinds Leadership is the Controller, as defined in the Directive and the GDPR. All data collected by MasterMinds Leadership will be stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities in the United States. All hosting is performed in accordance with the highest security regulations. All transfers of data internally is done in accordance with the data processing agreement.

    - Request access to information that MasterMinds Leadership has about you.
    - Correct or change any information that MasterMinds Leadership has about you.
    - Delete information that MasterMinds Leadership has about you.
  3. Intended Use of Personal Data - Most of our services do not require any form of registration, allowing you to visit our site without telling us who you are. However, some services may require you to provide us with Personal Data. In these situations, if you choose to withhold any Personal Data requested by us, it may not be possible for you to gain access to certain parts of the site and for us to respond to your query.
  4. International Data Usage - MasterMinds Leadership does not transfer personal data to any other countries or international organizations.
