Laura’s primary purpose at MasterMinds Leadership is to ensure excellent client services and delivery. In addition, she oversees assessment services and has utilized assessment tools for team development and onboarding for over a decade. Laura is passionate about learning and development, having taught in three different university settings. During the launch of LivingStone International University, she served as Dean of Liberal Arts and oversaw the development of the core liberal arts curriculum.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in French and English from Harding University in Searcy, AR and an MA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington.
