MaryJo is a skilled facilitator who helped our group of 150 + staff identify their roles in our new organizational alignment. She made recommendations on how to structure different session to facilitate staff to identify what is working and where the challenges and issues still need to be worked out. It truly helped the leadership and staff do an accurate check in at every level of the organization and clearly identified issues which were then prioritized.
