- Save as a template for your company, in general.
- Set up a process to recognize employees in their anniversary month.
- Fill in the rest of the front to make certificate personalized, and fill in the blocks on the back of the certificate. The back should tell the story of recognition. What did this employee do that personified one of your company's core values that year?
- Hold a departmental gathering to present the certificate.
