With over 20 years of experience in the field, Laura specializes in leveraging personality assessments like DISC to guide leaders in maximizing their unique strengths for greater effectiveness in the workplace.

Chasity Champion is the Executive Assistant at MasterMinds Leadership, where she drives organizational efficiency and operational excellence. With more than 15 years of administrative and client service experience, she is known for transforming complex workflows into streamlined systems that foster accountability, prioritization, and performance across the organization.
Brittney Helt
Project Manager, SOL and Assessments
Brittney Helt is the Project Manager for the Sphere of Influence™ programs and assessment services at MasterMinds Leadership. She works closely with the Vice President to facilitate training engagements, manage assessments, and support clients in creating meaningful experiences.
Bill Gorman
Affiliate Executive Coach
Bill Gorman is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Affiliate Executive Coach with MasterMinds Leadership. With fifteen years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist before turning to executive coaching, he is known for bringing rare insight into human behavior to help leaders and teams navigate high-stakes decisions and rebuild trust.
