October 23, 2017 – MasterMinds Leadership is pleased to announce the promotions of two key leaders in the rapidly growing executive management consulting firm. Both have been with MasterMinds Leadership since its inception.
Greta Creech, former client services manager, is now vice president of operations. Creech has over 20 years of operations management and analytic experience. She will oversee new product line execution, human resources, and administrative services.
Dr. Phillip Shero, president of MasterMinds Leadership has been “impressed by Greta’s achievements from the very beginning. Her history of awards and recognition for leadership at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency and graduate work in strategic intelligence proved that she had extraordinary capacity to understand and serve our clients.” Shero feels that Creech’s new role will help the company build a solid platform for sustainable growth.
Lindsey Dumser, former marketing manager, is now vice president of marketing. Dumser has over 15 years of marketing and graphic design experience. She will continue to expand the company’s reach and influence and is dedicated to identifying and implementing innovative marketing initiatives while guiding the creative vision for the company.
